KA Paul: KCR and KTR are failed to build a good drainage system in Hyderabad

KA Paul: The leader of the Prajashanti Party, KA Paul, stated that although Ministers KTR and Mallareddy claim that Hyderabad is the most technologically advanced city in the world, they are unable to adequately construct the drainage system.
