AP CM Jagan: Rs.10 thousand for damaged houses ..Collectors need to take all necessary safety measures

AP CM Jagan: The Collectors have been ordered by Chief Minister Jagan to expedite relief efforts in flood-affected regions. The CM discussed the rains, river flooding, and state relief and restoration programmes with the Collectors of several districts through video conference from the camp office in Tadepalli.

The alertness of the district collectors of Alluri Sitaramaraj, Eluru, East Godavari, West Godavari, and Ambedkar Konaseema has been ordered. People are to be sent to relief camps in flooded areas, according to the CM. He wants to offer top-notch amenities there. They intend to send assistance from the camps at a rate of Rs. 2,000 for each household and Rs. 1000 for each individual. If the homes are destroyed by flooding, they intend to provide cash help at a rate of Rs. 10,000. Collectors should act with a humane attitude towards the flood victims and they want to get the word out that they have stood by them in such times.
