A very big earthquake happened close to Alaska in America. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) told us that it had a magnitude of 7.4 on the Richter scale. Because of this, the officials have given warnings about possible tsunamis. The center of the earthquake was found near Alaska, about 9.3 kilometers deep.
